The Rock Exotica Solo Aid device is a great tool designed specifically for solo climbing. Differing a bit from the Rock Exotica Solost, the Solo Aid requires the rope to be fed through the device manually. Also to it's benefit the Solo Aid will hold an upside-down fall, whereas the Soloist will not function that way.
